Athlon 4 & 156W Peltier

I have some questions. If anyone can answer them please do.
1. How well will a 156W Peltier & COMPLETE WATER COOLING KIT from PC Cooling Australia cool a 1.7GHz Athlon 4?
2. how much do you expect i could overclock it by getting the voltage above 1.85V and use a FSB of 157MHz using PC2400 Corsair DDR-RAM

the 156w pelt won't cut it. you should get two of them instead. The you'll get some good results.
