your multi is probably at 12.5 go into bios and change to 16 to get 2.13GHz
it is most likely the first item in your bios. If not your memory is probably set low. if so do the same thing.

Run GCPUID (my sig) and look at the CPU speed. If its 2133MHz as C6 said (133x16) then its just a naming issue and you shouldn't be worried about it. Also post a screenshot of GCPUID
 
On that board I beleive you will have to change the jumper settings to 266, these jumpers are located in the lower right hand corner, check the manual for the specific jumper positions. There should be three jumpers to set your fsb.
