Both of them run at 2.0 GHz so the difference in cache is 200 PR points, isn't it? They would be faster than 2800+ in 32 bit + offer 64 compatibility so you can take advantage of that... next year.

It's about the $ and bang for the buck.

They're better of course, but is the price difference between them worth 200 PR points? Is the price difference worth the increase in performance over Bartons? Your call.

It's tough to justify a 2800+ to 3000+ 64 upgrade today from the $ stand point imho.
