System is normali going up , onli there is no picture on screen.

Can it be that vga conector on graphic card is not functional ?
Should I tray conect over DVI adapter to DVI conector on graphic card ?

Also, this might be a longshot, but do you have a PCI card installed in the computer as well? or maybe onboard graphics?

If you have a PCI card, connect the monitor to it, boot up, you'll have a picture. Go into the BIOS and change the primary display to "AGP" so now the computer will start up using the AGP card. If you have onboard graphics, connect the monitor to it, boot into the BIOS and just disable it in the BIOS.
