Pretty decent deal, not as good as the one Shade00 Posted, but good if you don't trust Microcenter, or if you're Canadian.

There doesn't seem to be any catch to what video card you can trade-in, according to the FAQ, any old ATi or non-ATi board will work.

actually the ati trade-up program is cheaper. even with shipping its cheaper. but only by $6 and thats if you get the cheaper saphire at newegg.

would there be an advantage to getting the made by ati board vs the saphire clone (or mabee the otherway around?)

id like to avoid repeating the mistake of buying a powercolor 9700np with 3.6ns ram that wont break 295mhz

saphire makes very good cards, some people believe they make the cards for ATI and then ATI sells them with their name. either way, you wont be disappointed with a saphire card.

Not only that but Saphire builds most of the 'Built by Ati' card for ATI, they are basicly the exact same thing.
