this is getting really annoying. i was all happy with rivatuner when i had nvidia cards, but i can't find anything that comes anywhere close to it on the ATI side.

rage tweaker doesn't even work at all. i install it and reboot.. double click on the icon in the system tray and it dissapears like it wasn't there. then i try to run it again and it says its not installed. wtf.

rivatuner.. has no options for changing rendering settings for ati cards.

powerstrip.. has very limited rendering settings and can only o/c my 9700pro to 368 before i run out of slider.

got this 9700pro today and i can't even put in a decent run through 3dmark cause none of the tweaking programs work correctly.

i use rage 3d myself. btw you dont double click it in the tray.try right clicking it once lol.easy mistake.

also if it still disappears look in the advanced display properties and it should show in there like cool bits did for nvidia cards.

stay away from hydravision installed and the rage3d tweaker also.i got errors on my rage3d after i installed the hydravision.
my raptors will be here today so i didnt feel it was worth fixing when id be erasing the drives and going super fast raid0.

doesn't work. i click on it once and it does nothing. i right click on it and hit open it dissapears and does the same thing as before.

well i need to do a reformat soon maybe tonight.

really odd man.as i said ive had the errors with it after hydravision was installed.so it isnt fool proof programing.

im reinstalling today also so not a biggy.
did ya check the advanced display properties as it works just like cool bits on nvidia cards?as rage3d allows tweaking without the program in the tray.

rivatuner works great for me with 9500Pro

what type of "rendering settings" do you need to change that you cant change using the ATi driver options?

i'll just use rivatuner and use the ati control panel.. that way i can control the AF and AA and all that good stuff. i used to do all of that through rivatuner with my ti4400.
