attaching a fan to chipset heatsink

What would be the best way to attach a 40mm fan to my stock i850 heatsink? There is no way to screw it on so I guess I would have to use an adhesive?

A glob of silicone might do the trick.

a small dab of super glue on the corners. That way you can get it off if you need to.

Both will work, but Arkaine23's method is the one I use as it eliminates vibration thus less noise
