Now is this a good value or what, tomorrow, the OEM Audigy will be everywhere and selling for $69US/CA, and I have to admit that is an unbeaten price standard. Just think, a 24-bit sound solution with FIREWIRE takeoff, not bad!

Although I wont go for this since I've heard to many problems have been evolved with Audigy and WindowsXP. Appearently, your Audigy is gimped with XP.

haven't they been working to fix the conflicts with XP, I say take the chance. it's an amazing sound card from what i've heard.

well i got my x-gamer when it first came out for 96 shipped.. and i dont even use it anymore seeing it didnt do much for then the onboard sound i have, other then cuz irq issues and being a lil messy in XP

mine works fine, u just gotta extract the driver updates off creatives site and load the drivers from there. than u dont have to mess w/ the buggy drivers off the cd.
