Audigy problem.

hey guys, i'm having some problem with my Audigy running on winXP. i've installed using the driver on the CD, then updated the driver using the patch from creative.com. everything seems fine, but when i try to run the hardware test, windows say the sound hardware can't play sounds. but the thing is, i can play MP3s and play games without any problem, everything is fine, but how come i couldn't pass the damn test?! i need to pass the test inorder to run GameVoiceShare.
