im having weird humming sound from my audio in from the vcr while trying to capture and the volume is really low. i checked the cables and they seem to be fine and i checked the volume control properties/mixer and they seem to fine also. what else should i check? i moved my card to a different pci slot, but no luck. i didnt have this problem b4 when i had my AIW Pro with my sblive card

I had this problem too. Interference could be a problem, try turning off your monitor while capturing, and make sure you're audio cable is "shielded". Both of those didn't work for me, but the problem pretty much went away with my Turtle Beach.
