Is there like freeware autocad type program out there someware?

with the same features and everything as autocad?

not likely. there's a reason they charge so much as those programs are worth the money.

if you're a student look into student prices, they very often bring down the price to amazingly low levels.

Intelicad is near identical to Autocad but a little more user frienly (if a little buggy for proffesional use). The full 3D version is only a couple of hundred but a 2D 'evaluation' version can be downloaded form Cadopia.
