I had a chance to replace one of my older Hynix MFR kits with something newer and I decided to pick Avexir memory as I haven't been testing anything from this brand yet.
Today's tests are based on Avexir Core Gold 2x4GB DDR3-2666 11-13-13-35 1.65V. Product number of this memory is AVD3U26661104G-2CAW. I could choose one of two versions, with yellow or white LEDs. I took the one with white LEDs but will be hard to make a good photo on time as they're pulsing.

As usual for my tests I will start with screenshot made on declared XMP settings. I want to add that there is one XMP profile ( as you see in AIDA64 memory timing window ).

Tests were performed on the i5 4670K CPU and ASRock Z87M OC Formula motherboard with the latest BIOS.

As we see XMP settings are working good and there were no issues with stability. So far so good :)

Anything above 3300 wasn't stable enough to pass HyperPi 32M and everything above 3350 was giving memory controller error ... and I'm sure this memory can run higher.
These tests were made on standard cooling so not even additional fan and CPU was on box cooler. I will set CPU on single stage when I find some more time for tests.

Avexir Core 2666 C11 is overclocking about the same as HyperX 2800 C12 ( tests couple of days ago ) and better than Team Xtreem 2666 C11. Simply Team kit needed about 0.1V higher voltage than Avexir for anything above 2666 at similar timings and couldn't pass HyperPi 32M @3200.
Of course I'm talking about overclocking so nothing is guaranteed and I only give examples based on memory that I was testing.

I'm still testing this memory so if you wish to see any other settings then let me know.

So far highest clock on Avexir Core Gold 2666 memory is 1728MHz ( DDR3-3456 ) 14-31-15-45 made on Rampage IV Extreme motherboard and Core i7 4930K ( all cores enabled, CPU on custom water cooling, memory on air ).

Impressive Woomack, still not your best but nothing to sneeze at!!

I hate reading too fast. Scrolled up and enlarged that last screenshot, the MB/s and GB/s didn't register at first and I thought the memory bandwidth was 30x-50x as much as the L1 cache. First thought was "Damn, I'm impressed" :D

Added photos to the 1st post ... finally

Probably IMC in my last haswells was too weak and I couldn't make as high memory clock as I wanted. I will try some more when haswell refresh will be available so expect some updates to this thread in couple of weeks.

I noticed the read and copy dropped off after 2400, would you say that is normal, or the result of Overclocking??

I suppose with more time you could adjust that back to where it should be!
