Bad Crash in XP

I crashed the other day while playing morrowind
now everytime i boot up it thinks i am recovering from an error i get the send error report window
any idea on how to take care of this i have already sent the report but it keeps popping up every time i boot

See what programs are running at startup...try to narrow down what program is causing the startup erro and then disable or remove it.
