i got a A64 3000+, now i put the momory timings at 3-2-2-6, and i cant go past 210 FSB, what should i do add more Vcore? and my memory was 2.8Vdimm, my memory is Bh-5b so i dont think its the momory, i got a epox 8dka3j, should i download a new bios ? and my psu is a 530 Sparkle

Normally yes, bump up the vcore, but just enough to get it stable. Meaning if its 1.650 take it to 1.675 first and try it. More Vcore=more heat. Check the overclocking FAQS in the cpu main.
