Batch # ?

I have asked this question before but it may have got lost in the shuffle with the other more interesting questions

just wanted to know what does the batch number represent.. cuz i know of someone who bought a 1.8a recently and noticed similar batch numbers to those in the OC database here.. wanted to know if that could be a good thing in terms of potential OC thanks

Well my 1.8A's pack date is January 2002 and it's a poor overclocker. Needs 1.725 V in the BIOS even at 2250 Mhz. Runs very hot, too.

I think the package dates are more important than batches. March and April seems the best.

can you tell me your batch number?

Mine was made in January and it runs too hot, also needs something like 1.7V to run at 2.25Ghz
