I need to know which is th best motherboard for a PIII 933mhz FCPGA

If you want an 815E board either the Asus CUSL2-C or the Abit SA6R if you want RAID.

UUUuummmmm, I dont wanna RAID, i just wanna know one of the best motherboards (ALl around) for my PIII 933Mhz FCPGA

Go CUSL2-C. The -C has no onboard sound or video, which gives us hardware freaks less hassle to mess with.

Would I notice a diff in ANYTHING at all goin from an Asus Cuv4x to an Asus CUSL2-C ?

The CUSL2 is the best one to get dont go the -c way it seems that some people who try for 133 there agp wont do it for somereason. its like the 1/2 divider isnt running

That's a new one for me Microsoft. Can you give us more details on this problem, and perhaps articles that you have read about this? My CUSL2-C loves 133MHz FSB with the big daddy Ultra running at 4x AGP.
