BD7-2 RAID and another IDE RAID card

I'm planning to get an IDE RAID card. 2x30gb goes to the on-board RAID using raid0. and 2x80 goes to the IDE RAID card using raid1.

My questions are:

1. Is it possible to boot from the IDE RAID card? (if I decided to use RAID0 on this card instead)
2. Would I be able to see both the BIOS setup for both cards?
3. What if both cards uses HPT chips. Would I be able to see both cards' BIOS setup?
4. not title related but, Does the HPT raid and IDE drivers the same? There's only 1 driver listed in the HPT website.
