BE6-II Celeron2 600 not booting?

I had a cele 366 with a slotket adapter and it ran great. I just got a celeron II and found out I need the new abit fc converter board. Well I got that too now but it wont even boot to cmos. Any ideas? I'm trying everything from power to reinserting the cpu. All suggestions are welcome. thanks.

Set the slotket to AUTO and to COPPERMINE and she should boot.
