Could someone give me a list of the beep coads for this motherboard.Im getting continues long beeps with no boot, also no vidio.I would be thankful for any help i can get with this problem.

One short beep when displaying logo-No error during post.

Long beeps in an endless loop-No DRAM installed or detected.

One long beep followed by three short beeps-Video card not found or VCard memory bad.

High frequency beeps when system is working-CPU overheated, system running at a lower frequency.

Thanks for the quick reply.Im getting the long beeps in a continous loop and have changed the memory with a known good stick and i still get the same thing. The system was running when i started to get the beeps and than it went to a blank screen with the long beeps.I reset the system and now no boot just long beeps. The light on the board is on and the fans spin up but that's it.

Have you tried moving the known good memory to another slot?Try to get it to boot with only one stick, and try it in all three slots.

I've gotten that before when making changes and the bios gets mixed up.
Did you unplug the PSU and short the CLRTC connection?
This usually fixes a lot of those errors.

I have unpluged the psu and cleared the cmos and the system will start again but after a very short time the cursor will freeze and ill have to reset the computer and then it wont start again. The cpu temp gets up to about 50c but it allways did this and never had this problem before.Im wondering if it is the cpu that is causing this.Changeing memory slots has no effect on this eather. This is with a 900 Tbird running non overclocked with pc 133 memory at 100.

Well guys i have the problem solved,it was the cpu.I managed to talk a friend of mine into taken his cpu out of his machine and letting me try it and it worked perfect.I want to thank everyone who has tried to help me with their suggestions.

It was a 900 mhz Tbird and it was not overclocked. It had a crappy coolmaster heatsink on it and the temps allways ran high, maybe that had something to do with it.Luckey it has a one year warentee on it and after i rma it im going to get a better heatsink for it.It allways ran in the 50c range.
