Belkin Tetrahub vs. internal 5 port PCI USB card?

What are your feelings on this.. I wanna upgrade to USB 2.0, my current hub is a 4 port 1.1 hub, and the Belkin tetrahub looks nice, but is it better to run through a hub, or just put a PCI 5 port USB 2.0 add on card and run my peripherals straight to my computer???
