'Best' 120mm fans for radiators?

Panasonic's own specs say < 115cfm to 45.5dba on that fan.

That was for the FBA12G12U1A. He was talking about the FBA12G12M1A @ 35.5Dba.
It still amazes me, how some folks will drop $100s on MBs, RAM, HDDs and such, then use crap fans. You get what you pay for. $4.95 for the loss of hearing is hardly worth it. Pabst and Panaflo make the best fans,period.
