Best 32X burner

I was wondering what you think is the best 32X burner. As a result of my last post , I have decided to get a lower speed burner. However, I checked newegg for 32X Lite-on or Plextor drives (which I thought were best) and they dont have any. So my questions were:

1) What brand is the best for 32X burners?
2) Where is the best place to buy burners?
