i just put 3 80mm for a total of 15bucks from www.bestbyte.net
Vantec stealth's
Don't be dissapointed with the low cfm rate but yet glad for the low DB rate.
Extremely quiet and to the job really well.
They are priced up to 19.99 in all other stores i looked for them
If u don't know about the details...
CFM is how much air they blow
DBa is how loud they are.
Depending on how big of a headache u want u pick the right fan for u

If sheer cfm rating without consideration of noise is what you're looking for, the 80mm Vantec Tornado is the best. 84.1 cfm = one strong little 80mm fan. You can purchase it here. Also, Sunon makes an 80mm fan with an 84.1 cfm rating also. Ironically, it's called the Tornado. It's also a tad bit cheaper. You can get that one here.

Or you could get some blue led 80 mm fans from svcompucycle for 6 bucks each. Higher air flow than stealths with barely any more noise than them too. Plus they look cool.
