Best 875 MB for 1-2 GB RAM?

I need to upgrade to a system with **1-2 GB RAM**. I am considering a P4 3.0C and would like to OC it a moderate amount to say 3.4. What is the best MB for *lots* of RAM with an 875 chip? Will this MB/CPU OC to 3.4? What brands of RAM will work at this speed?

Most 875 MBs I've seen seem to have only two RAM slots, but 1GB sticks are more than 2X the price per MB compared to 512MB sticks. Do any *good* 875 MBs have 4 RAM slots?

Oops, forget 2-slot question

Oops, I misinterpreted the photos of the motherboards, they seem to have two RAM slots on each bank.
