What are the best hard drives for an ata100 raid0 ?

i heard WD 8mb cache HD's have only average performance on a raid0 .....

crap 100 gig deal isnt on there anymore. but the 80gig is

108.61 shipped.

Seeing as its mostly either WD or Seagates that are doing ATA100 drives atm, I'd go with the WD SE's.
