Best Athlon Heatsink and Fan?

Hey All
I was wondering what everyone here on the bords thinks is the best heatsink and fan around?
Here are two I like anyone suggest anyothers I should look into before I buy???
1.Alpha 8045 heat sink with delta fan?
2.CAKII-38 heatsink and fan?

It has the new Thermalright AX-7 as the top performer to date.

Thermalright AX7 is what I use, and I loooove it. I didn't even take the time to lap it and it still works great. Delta 80cfm fan gives the best performance, but crazy noise. A beefy rheostat is definitely needed to dial in a tolerable setting.
