That is unless your willing to spend lots of $$$$ on an aluminum case, buy fans and mod it urself.
My suggestion is to think about what specs in a case you would want. (size, expansion slots, features) and just go to online sites browsing. You can also find case reviews out there.
The longer I have it the more I like my 10 bay Yeong Yang from servercase.com. Very basic and very inexpensive $80
Cases are not usually "rated" for cooling. It varies based on what fans you use and fans are usually sold separately. Most people who are into serious cooling end up cutting into the case anyway to add fans.
