Best Bios settings for BH5 on DFI NF4 Ultra

Hi all what are the best memory settings for BH5 on NF4 ultra D also what settings in the Bios are important to provide stability whilst overclocking? and finally which bios version is the best for use with BH5 and overclocking it.

Any help you could give me with this would be much appreciated.
 
Here is the best Memtest stable setting I am able to achieve using 2x512 Mushkin PC3500 Black Lvl II I am using the 2xx series BIOS (OskarWu), I am currently using BIOS 217.

currently running FSB 270 with a 5:6 divider so I am at 225mhz on the RAM. please suggest and correct me on anything I have wrong:

CPC = Enable (1T)
tCL = 2
tRCD = 2
tRAS = 5
tRP = 2
tRC = 7
tRFC = 12
tRRD = 0
tWR = 2
tWTR = 1
tRWT = 4
tREF = 3120
tWCL = Auto
DRAM Bank Interleave = Enable

DQS skew value = 0
DRAM drive strength = Auto ???
DRAM DATA drive strength = Level 1
Max Async latency = 7ns
Read Preamble Time = 5ns
Idle Cycle Limit = 16
Dynamic Counter = Enable

Bypass Max = 07x
32 byte Granulation = Disable (8burst)

for volts I am using the "normal" (non +5v jumpered) vdimm

vdimm = 3.20v
Chipset = 1.60v
LDT = 1.20v
CPU = 1.450 vid
Vid adjust = vid * 110%
