I am looking to upgrade my modem and this time I want a controller-based and it doesn't matter if it's internal or external, thought I have heard that the externals are more expensive. I just want to know what some your experiences are with these types of modems. Any suggestions appreciated.
Right now, I am considering the Creative Labs Modem Blaster 56K V.92 External Modem. It's only $59.99, and it's just what I am looking for. I mean it is Creative Labs, so it must be pretty good, right? Anyone have experience with this one?
