The QVL is here: https://www.asus.com/us/motherboard...lpdesk_qvl_memory?model2Name=PRIME-Z790M-PLUS and I'd like at least 64 GB, although I guess if it's really fast I could settle for 48.. I'm only upgrading my mobo to get DDR5 and perk up my 12700KF a bit, so I'd like to put the best possible sticks on there. Do I really have to stick to this list? It only goes up to 6000, but I'm pretty sure kits are being sold at much higher speeds these days. For example, I see some Trident Z Royal listed at DDR5 8400 (PC5 67200) Timing 40-52-52-134, but the top sticks on the QVL show older products more like DDR5 6000 with 40-40-40-76 neighborhood timings.
edit: Also looking at mini ITX options now, mATX seems to be dying off..
