ive heard that the Asus 5900 ultra is good for overclocking. I have the BFG Asylum 5950 ultra and it overclocks pretty well. 475/1000 to 515/1050 is the most I have gone so far. It has more in it. Hope this helps.

I owned the FX5900 non ultra, and I'm quite happy with it. But since money is not an issue for you, why don't you consider the ATI 9800 XT. It's the best card out there. Check this article out.

If you do intend to stick with the Nvidia, I heard either BFG or EVGA is the manufacturers to go with since the overclocks the best. Don't go with XFX for their lower price. They don't overclock that well.

I have a eVGA 5950 it is OC'ed 24/7 @ 610/1020. I can get it to run @625/1020, but I back off for every day tasks. I also have the eVGA 590o Ultra, but it only OC'ed to 565/975. I did tons of research for the best 5900U and 5950U to OC, and I believe I found them.

Try and get a A350. And then BIOS flash it to a 5950 :)

THe NV38 is just a software modded NV35 :)
