Best HDD setup P4P800D

I will be setting up a P4P800d and have 2 80gig although not the same manuf. (Seagate & maxtor I believe) and 1- 30g IBM deskstar that will be available. General family-pc and video encoding with some OCing at times. Will be running XPpro. Can't afford SATA drives for awhile now unfortunately. What's the best way to set this up with what I have and/or the best way per my application and MB abilities (Planning for the future ) Thanks

I dont think raid will work so you will want to install windows on the fastes drive you have and use the other two for storage,
