What do you guys think is the best for this price range? I don't really care about noise, just want best performance/cooling.

Dragon Orb3+'s are under $30 now right? I had one and it did ok.

They ARE louder than the equivilant delta's tho. Well from what I remember actually they aint, but I couldn't tolerate the note it gave me.

sx-6's are on sale at svcompucycle for 15 bucks. All copper, and you can pick up a 60mm fan for 5 bucks or so.

If you have a decent 80mm fan lying around, try the SK-7, its about $29 without a fan, and fits 60mm, 70mm, or 80mm.

vantec aeroflow, comes with a fan, and boy does it get the job done. cheap as hell too.

I was thinking about getting one of these for my P4 how does it compare to the stock HSF?

The volcano 9s work extemely well and fit my boards(barely).
They are luod but I adjust them down to 4000 rpm and they still cool good.
