I'm looking for windows based software to do daily incremental backups, free is not necessary, reliable and easy to use is a must.

Goal is a full backup of specific files weekly, and a daily incremental backup based on what changed since the last full backup.

Backup device is a removable USB drive.

How large are your back up requirments ? A few KB a day or many gigs ?

I use second copy it backs up at every shut down, can be set by the hour, day, week, start up ect, very low resource usage only copies what has changed , ,

I second Cobian backup! It's free, has lots of features, and works well. I regularly backup 40gb to an external USB drive and haven't had any problems.
