Best modestly priced heatsink?

I need to get one for my stepdad's overclocked barton at 1.725 volts. I had a good one in my comp. It was a thermal integration with a good design, high cfm, and average noise, but the fan died 2 weeks after purchase and nearly killed my duron, so I don't want another one of those. I'm just looking for something to keep the temperatures in check while being highly reliable.

If you can find an used one...

AX7, SK7. Basically anything from Thermalright is good.

I use the Volcano 12. Very good HSF combo for $25 bucks over at SVC.

Vantec's areoflow is a good choice.

I would not overlook the Vantec Aeroflow as said above. Definately suits my needs and it is quiet.
