SOLVED Best motherboard

I am looking to buy a motherboard that supports and intel 1000mhz PIII flip chip, 133mhz FSB, 4x AGP, 256mb 32x64 memory modules(preferably with 4 memory slots, but will settle for 3), has 1 PS/2 mouse port, 1 PS/2 keyboard port and 1 ISA(not required but would be nice). Please any suggestions would be most appriciated. Thanks.

any of the new motherboards have all the features that you need.

for the 440BX chipset, i recommend the MSI BXMaster and for the i815E/i815EP chipset, i recommend the Asus CUSL2-C.
