it has a built in OC utility. Or you can use the Rage3d tweeker from here http://www.rage3d.com/?node=r3dtweak

i've always used PowerStrip with great results.

I would also have to say Powerstrip. It gives you a lot of options for tweaking settings, and you can save certain specs and try them out. very good program

After using the one from Rage3D I had an error message upon reboot. Don't recall exactly what it was. No other probs though.
