Hey Cooler ( or anyone else... )

I'm thinking of buying this mobo and I looked at some reviews... There is something I eould like to make sure before I buy... I know it is possible to lock the AGP to 66Mhz but is it possible to lock the PCI at 33Mhz too or it's juste the AGP ?

Also, is locking the PCI will lock the Hard Drive too ?

best ddr board is the epox 4BDA, 4BDA2+ and they let you lock the pci bus, best rdram board is the above mentioned one.
