Best performing CPU Cooler under 140mm in height

Okay guys, out of THESE 4, which should I buy?

Cooler Master GeminII S (69.69 CFM, 17-21 dBA, $47.55 shipped)

Enzotech Extreme-X (38.9-98.6 CFM, 16-43 dBA, $49.86 shipped)

Thermaltake CL-P0456 (85.76 CFM, 16-24 dBA, $62.98 shipped)

or Thermaltake Blue Orb II (77.85 CFM, 17 dBA, $43.99 shipped)

As for more suggestions, I need something where I'm not going to have to buy any extra fans either.

I'm on a budget of under $65

Please help me get something that will overclock the Phenom II 955 the best but under 140mm in height to fit in my Solano case.

I'm leaning towards the Extreme-X per one member's suggestion, but I don't want to regret it

zalman 9500 or 9700 are both under that iirc...just look for things with fans under about 100mm or so...newegg advanced search will be your god.
