Best Place/Make of Baybus or Rheobus

I thought you guys would know more about this than over in cyber deals. Mostly, I want to know where i can get a great deal on a baybus or a rheobus. I'd like to go rheobus if I could, but I'm thinking that my pricerange is sub-$20 and that excludes all the rheobuses I've seen.

I have now added a 92mm and an 80mm to my rig, and it's starting to get loud -again. I'd like to be able to tune-down my fans when the computer is not in use. Quiet is going to be a huge consideration when I get to college this fall, and I imagine I'll want to be able to turn down the noise while I'm sleeping. The computer will sit right by the head of the bed in my room, unfortunately.

A rheobus, baybus combination would be a good strike, but the only one I found was 40 or 50 dollars. Any ideas? I'm really looking for variable speed/noise here, so any recommendations would be most appreciated.

i know of sub $20 baybuses at www.highspeedpc.com and www.umaxpc.com - i have one, it works great.

I have never seen a pre made rheobus for under $40 but you can make one for a fraction of that price and a little time
