--Best Radeon 8500 Drivers--

Hi all, im looking for the extra points in 3dm and what are
the best 8500 drivers for benching?? im using the 6032's
now and thinking about using the 6025's. what ya think?

IMO the 6025s are the fastest for benching. The newer betas do seem to fix more, but are a tad slower.

I use 98se and I'm using the new 9016 and my 3dmark went from 8100 to 8240.

I score 9380 with 6025 and 8800 with 6032. So I would say 6025

I like the 6043's. I gained 150 pts in 3D mark, but more importantly I feel the TV out is better. I am all about the quality rather than speed. I have never played the top 3 games in my life. You'd think I would with my setup, but gaming comes 3rd in importance. By the way what does camping mean in CS?...LOL

I installed the 6043's for Win2k and saw a 500 point increase in 3DMark2001SE over my 3281's. I lost about 10FPS in Quake3, however, but I can live w/ that.
