Adragontattoo

Trailer Chasing Senior
Steelcase
Aeron
etc.

NOT REASONABLY PRICED.

Currently sitting on an old plastic and pleather office chair that the base falls off of when I move it.

Looking at say up to 200 USD for the chair.

Reqs:
Full height (i.e. has a headrest)
Tilt
My desk is Kitchen countertop on Kitchen cabinets so it is taller then a normal desk.
NOT FABRIC
Preferably not made out of crap as my two cats and I fight over who gets to sit in the chair and I usually lose.

Opinions/suggestions/links?

i got a steelcase at work :) those chairs are heaven!

i just got a leather chair at home, something i got at officemax for 150 or so i think.

I did the best bang for the buck office chair hunt last year, perhaps my legwork will help you. This post has some extra info as well

Ps, I tried tens of dozens of chairs before I bought two Space series chairs, got one in leather and one on padded mesh version (the office star mesh version compared to a traditional mesh chairs aside from Aeron won't dissapoint. Aeron makes good chairs, as does Office Star, just you can buy several Office Stars for the price of one Herman Miller Aeron. Both companies put out chairs that are comfortable and well built.

Go to Staples or Officemax and actually sit in some. Most of them are under $200. And they regularly have sales.
