I pretty much have to stick to service installs on 4 of these GX270's with P4s @ 3.2. Just wondering if I should be running 2 clients or one, with HT on or off.

ChaR is the Guru for PPD stats,

I think you can get more PPD w/HT on & use the 5.04 client. (non GUI)

HT, 2 clients per box right?

How much memory do these have. 1 - 2 gigs = Big packets :)

Some prefer no big packets for a faster WU turn in.

Only 512MB ram, though they should get upgraded to 1GB in the next month or two as we rollout office 2007. Think I'll stick with 1 client for each box for now.

They're 3.2's, so not that old. Probably prescotts.

I'd run one client with bigpackets on on 512 MB machines. Max FAH ram useage on the uniprocessor client is less than 130 MB. If you get a bonus WU, you can make somewhere between 70 and 130 ppd/GHz depending on the WU, otherwise about 40-45 ppd/GHz.
