I have an AOpen Case Model HQ08 (full tower) with one inlet and two outlet Air Vents.
Should I have an size 120 fan or an 80 for the inlet?? (Overpreasure, Underpreasure)

Any hints?

Whether 120 or 80mm, go for overpressure. Two reasons:

1) The power supply also needs to draw some air through it. You don't want it fighting the exhaust fans for its share of the airflow.

2) With slight overpressurization, you will not suck dust in through every crack and crevice, like the CD, Floppy, etc.

Hoot

You want a slight overpresure. If you are going to install a 120mm fan then install a blowhole with a filter on the outside of your case. The Paniflo 120mm 69cfm is very quiet. You also can install chrome fan grills to improve your discharge side. It is less restrictive. Have more air going in then out!

Definitely the 120mm for an intake. Hoot is also correct about dust. Too much air out will make for a big dust problem where you least expect it, which adds to heat problems.
