Best value overclocking Abit board with 1.8a c stepping?

I want to build a new computer at this time or in the next couple of months. What would be my best value at this time? Overclock the 1.8a c stepping when they come out and what Abit motherboard and ram would you use say over the next six months or year to play current games and any applications I would desire?

you could wait for a board that will work with the newer P4s (that arn't out yet), that run a 800 MHz FSB, maybe with Dual-DDR too
