Does anyone know of a video card that works/oc's better than others with abits kt7a mobo's?
Were did you read about better O/Cs when a certain MoBo & VCard are combined. What I know of sare ome earlier GF2 cards having compatability issues & asides from that it is really more on card quality for O/Cing Nirvana.

Ok, I'll keep that one in mind. It'll be a while before I can do anything about that though, scraping toghether $$ for a new case right now.

It's been more experience than anything. I had a PNY GFII after my Herc. GFII got fried, and I had a lot of problem with it. After I got my rma back from Hercules, I put the PNY card into my sons machine and it runs great. He has a freetech mobo, I believe. (Bought the system cheap from a buddy)

Basically wanted some feed back on various experiences with the abit mobo's and vid. cards.

Thanks Guys

Well I have had good luck with the VCard in my sig. I also tried a couple of Leadteks, GF3Ti500TDH for 3 weeks, & no problems with them. I couldnt hang on to the card longer than that. It was a loaner. Also a few Inno3D crappers, nothing fried but bad quality cards I think. Leadtek would be my choice if I had the money for a new one. Will be playing with a Ti4600 at the end of March for another 3 weeks. Will let you know if it turns out right but it might be with another MoBo. Still an ABIT but maybe a different model.

I had huge problems with an ATI 7200 on my Abit KG7. My other KG7 machine loves my Leadtek Geforce 2 pro. I just bought an Abit Ti4600 Gefore 4 to replace the Radeon:D

I highly recommend an Abit Siluro TI200. This card has overclocked up to a ti500 speed and runs stable. I personally am going just under that with 230/485. The only reason my score is low is because I have a couple of bottlenecks to fix (IDE&volt mod). This card is also very cheap at around 150.00 total on-line through ebay or 135.00 on pricewatch.
