either one if you can get a good price. I think the l shaped memory is the faster of the ones available and that makes it useable as a pro.

Check this place out in NY they have some decent prices and a variety of new and older video cards. I love my TI500 for my old P3 System. Plus there service was excellent NY to WI in 2 days
