Alright. For a watercooling setup you need the following:
CPU Waterblock
Pump
Heatercore/Radiator + Fan and shroud
Tubing
www.dtekcustoms.com has the WhiteWater CPU block.
www.sidewindercomputers.com carries the Swiftech 5002 waterblock.
www.Dangerden.com carries the RBX Waterblock.
With all of the above waterblocks, you'll want 1/2" fittings.
I'd get either an Eheim 1048 pump or a Hydor L20 or L30. Eheim is known for quality and reliability, and is a bit more expensive than the Hydors. The Hydors will still do a fine job, however. The Danner Mag 3 is another good pump, but you have to be careful with setting it up. It can have some leaking problems if done improperly.

Eheim and Hydor at
www.dtekcustoms.com -
www.dangerden.com might have them too.
Tubing can be found at
www.mcmaster.com on Page 85. Top of the page - get PVC Chemical tubing, 1/2" ID, 1/8" walls - should be $.65 a foot. 10-12 feet of that will give you a lot of flexibility to play around and even make a few mistakes.
Heatercores you can get at most auto parts stores, and also at junkyards and pull and save type places. Two popular ones, as mentioned before, are the 1986 Chevette Heater Core or a Caprice heatercore. The Chevette is pretty small, and is a lot easier to fit into most cases...for a beginning setup I'd go that route. It's about 6"x7.5" or so. Make sure to clean out the heatercore with vinegar/coke or something before you use it.
This heatercore is the same as Dtekcustoms' "Pro Core." The only difference is that the Pro Core already has barbs on it, and costs much more. It'd be cheaper to get the core from an auto parts store like I said before - the hose I recommended will fit over those heatercore barbs. You can also get the shroud and 120mm fan from
www.dtekcustoms.com.
