Best water formula for watercooling?

A friend and I are planning to make watercooling rigs in a few moths and we are trying to find what the best solution is to use in pvc or silcone piping. I would like to see everyone's ideas and if you could, your watercooling setups if you show results...

1 part jell-o
1 part custard
3 raw eggs

Cools great and smells even better.
