what is the difference between the ch-5 and bh-5 chips.

I found some TwinMos for cheap with ch-5 chips.

They are basically the same except the CH-5 supposedly is built on a smaller micron size. The story right now, is that at standard voltage, the CH-5 has just a few more MHZ of overclocking in it. I understand though that the CH-5 does NOT like extra voltage, therefore it is theoretically possible to achieve better overall overclocks on BH-5 since it can handle higher voltage. Take note, that this is just speculation and both should work just fine up to PC3500 speeds.

i think i will just get some corsair 3200 from newegg for cheaper.

corsair seems to be the best, and if it is the cheapest i guess there is no point in looking around.

I have a stick of the corsair that newegg has on sale. It uses BH-6 Winbond chips which makes it PC2700 overclocked to PC3200. My Twinmoss with BH-5 chips out performs that Corsair.
